If He Can, You Can.

I admit that I've been a bit lax when it comes to juicing in the morning. I'm lazy which means that I don't want to spend 30 minutes cleaning, blending, and straining my juice. When I don't juice in the morning, I try to get a 100% raw breakfast so that way, I'm still feeling good about myself.

Every morning when I do juice, after I am done, I always hear a little Eahhhh from this boy. He wants to drink my juice and would probably guzzle at least half of it if I didn't finish it off first. I don't even have to force him to drink this juice, he does it on his own free-will and choice. Just goes to show you that vegetable juices don't have to taste gross. Today (like any other day) I put romaine lettuce, celery, cucumber, and apple.I always let him have some because it's chock-full of vitamins and minerals that I'm sure he's not getting in his weird vegan diet he's brought upon himself.

My baby will not eat meat, fish, poultry, eggs, or cow's milk. It's quite odd. He will eat cheese and yogurt however, so he's not a full vegan and if I add eggs or milk into something like waffles, he'll eat them just fine. I've had to resort to giving him lots of avocados, hummus, and almond milk to try to force some healthy fat into his diet.

If he can drink a green morning juice, so can you. The secret is to buy Fuji apples because they are naturally the sweetest so you don't even taste the greens in it at all (except if you put spinach and more celery in it, those are kind of overpowering but you learn to love the green taste).

Don't forget to enter the giveaway, if you haven't already. There's not many entries so there's a good chance you'll win!
